On Saturday 2 April, 2022, the club held the 2022 Season Launch and the 2021 Presentation Night (which had been held over from last year due to COVID restrictions) in front a packed house in the Bayview Room at The Local in Port Melbourne.
It was great to see players from all 3 teams glamming it up for the big event!

(L-R Bec Foley, Yasmin Johnson, Dee Fitzpatrick, Zara Lipscombe, Nat Stuart, Lara Cartwright, Toni Bates)
Along with the current playing group and their partners, there were many past players and Life Members in attendance including President Nic Pavlou, Mark Mason, Patrick Arnold, Warde Elliott, Jason Nicholls, James Demetrie as well as Life Members and Club Legends Ian Dakin and Peter Dakin.
It was a great way to relax, unwind, reflect and celebrate the 2021 Season and welcome Round 1 of 2022 in style.

President Nic Pavlou thanked the large team of committee and tireless workers who helped get three teams on the park each week in a COVID compromised season and also thanked the partners, friends and families for their support of our players and asked everyone to rise again to challenge on and off the field in 2022.
Congratulations to all the award winners including the Best and Fairest winners, Brendan Wright in the Seniors, Sean Marshall in the Reserves and Anna Jones who was crowned the Women’s Best and Fairest.
Mandy Hutchinson, daughter of Club Legend Peter Hutchinson, was in attendance along with her husband Dom Baxter (40 games 1992-94). Mandy presented the Peter Hutchinson Seniors Best and Fairest Award on behalf of the Hutchinson Family.
