FOOTY TEAM

We are now welcoming committed players of all skill levels and experience, with a passion for the game for the 2026 season.

The 2026 season saw the Seniors qualify for finals finishing in third, and our Reserves team finishing as Minor Premiers. After a promising season the players, coaches and club are all united in keeping up the momentum in the 2026 campaign.

We are looking for players of all experience levels aged 16 and over to join us and be a part of our proud club history. Whether you’ve played before or not, we welcome you to Power House.

The Program

The coaches’ mission is to develop your skills, fitness and football acumen to build a team destined for success. Pre-season will include a combination of conditioning, skills and game sense designed to enable us to execute our game plan by round 1.

We support our players on an individual basis to ensure they are given the opportunity to improve their football skills and knowledge.

Coaching Team

Power House AFC is delighted to have all of our coaching team from 2025 return for season 2026, led by head coach Nick Cox, with assistant coach Dean Adams and reserves coach Traolach O’Sullivan.

Nick Cox

Nick enters his second season with Power House after an outstanding debut year at the helm, leading the club to a premiership in his first season. Building on his experience at Brighton Grammar and his coaching background in Western Australia, Nick has already made a lasting impact. His passion for the game and commitment to developing players continue to drive the standards and culture at Power House.

Dean Adams

Dean enters his second season as Assistant Coach at Power House AFC, continuing a strong and successful partnership with Head Coach Nick Cox that delivered a premiership in their first year together. With experience that includes leading Templestowe Junior FC to two Grand Finals, Dean brings strategic insight and a deep commitment to player development, playing a vital role in driving the club’s standards and success.

Traolach “TO” O’Sullivan

We’re thrilled to welcome back Traolach O’Sullivan (TO) as Men’s Reserves Coach for 2025. TO guided the Reserves to back-to-back minor premierships, narrowly missing out on the ultimate prize in a heartbreaking Grand Final. Recognised for his outstanding leadership with the VAFA Coach of the Month award in May 2025, TO is driven to take the group one step further this season.
