On Friday 14 October, 2022, the club held the 2022 Presentation Night and 75th Anniversary Gala Night in front a packed house in the Main Room, at The Park in Albert Park.
The night was hosted by Fox Sports Megan Hustwaite and it was great to see players from all 3 teams glamming it up for the big event!
Along with the current playing group and their partners, there were many past players and Life Members in attendance including President Nic Pavlou, Daniel Buckley, Shane Cross, Francis Doyle, Craig Richardson, Ian Hammet, Henry Brzezinski, Patrick Arnold, Cameron MacLeod, Mark Mason, Bruce Wilson, Michael Verberne, Jeff Scotland, Jim Hall, Warde Elliott, Jason Nicholls, James Demetrie as well as Life Members and Club Legends Peter Dakin and Stephen Mason

It was a great way to relax, unwind, reflect and celebrate the 2022 Season and reflect on 75 years of our wonderful club.

President Nic Pavlou thanked the large team of committee and tireless workers who helped get three teams on the park each week and also thanked the partners, friends and families for their support of our players and asked everyone to rise again to challenge on and off the field in 2023.

The three club coaches all gathered on stage to answer questions and discuss the season that was and what 2023 will look like.

To celebrate the Club’s 75th Anniversary, a panel consisting of Club Legend Peter DakinLife Member Craig Richardson and Inaugural Women’s Team Captain Anna Kennedy was presented to the crowd and shared their experiences of Power House over the years.
Congratulations to all the award winners including the Best and Fairest winners, Ben Circosta in the Seniors, John Robinson in the Reserves and Anna Jones who was crowned the Women’s Best and Fairest.

Gwen Hutchinson, wife of Club Legend Peter Hutchinson, was in attendance and presented the Peter Hutchinson Seniors Best and Fairest Award on behalf of the Hutchinson Family.

The club raised over $3,500 through a Silent Auction on the night with the best selling item, a framed Power House 75th Anniversary Jumper purchased by 2 x Premiership Player Damian Boland who donated it back to the club for display in our clubrooms.
