Planning for the 2019 Season is already well underway and our Pre-Season Training sessions for both Men’s and Women’s Teams kick off in November.
The Men’s Team need to get on the track early to be ready to step up and make a move up the Division 2 ladder in 2019.
The Women’s Team have unfinished business this coming season and for us to improve and go further into finals, we need to go hard early and be prepared for a full-on assault in 2019.
All players who attended pre-season last year saw the benefits during the season so don’t get left behind.
It’s a great way to get your fitness up and be pushed by your mates.
All players are encouraged to attend and also bring a mate!
So come on down to the House on Wednesday’s starting in November and let’s get serious about Season 2019!
