Last night (20 March 2011) at the 2011 VAFA Season Launch, former Power House President, Club Sponsor, 2 x Premiership player, Coach, Current Vice President, umpire and Committeeman CRAIG RICHARDSON was honoured with the VAFA Certificate of Merit for his contribution to the VAFA and to Power House Football Club.

Craig’s contribution to PHFC and the VAFA over the past 20 seasons was recognised and acknowledged by this prestigious award.

Craig joins Peter Hutchinson (1984), Ron Lippold (1997) and Stephen Mason (2001) as the only other winners of the award in the clubs history.

An “emotional” and surprised Craig accepted the award at the dinner in front of 450 people thanking the Power House Football Club, the VAFA and paid testimony to all volunteers at all clubs.
