2013 Best and Fairest Winners

Congratulations to Adam Collett on winning the 2013 Keith “Bluey” Truscott Award for the Seniors Best and Fairest.

Adam had a stellar season and dominated the polling receiving votes in 15 out of a possible 18 games.

Runner up was last years winner Darren Baker who came home strongly in the second half of the season.

Third was 2 x winner ruckman Dave Burnside who did extremely well after returning to the club this season. Rowan Hobson finished fourth while defender Jacob Avery closed out the top five.

In the Reserves, the 2013 Wal Davie Award for the Best and Fairest was taken out for the second season in a row by Nathan Moresi.

Nate had another dominant season but had to work hard to just pip second place Chris Barrett by a handfull of votes. Third was Aiden Reynolds while Duncan Eastey and Dom Mitchell rounded out the top 5.

Don’t forget the 2013 Presentation Night on Saturday 18 October 2013 at Bells Hotel to celebrate and reward all the players on a great season.
