The less said about this game, the better as we were destroyed in almost every aspect of the game. A couple of late withdrawals certainly didn't help us with Ruckman Dave Burnside's absence particulkarly impactual. This allowed the opposition to continually dominate the clearances and put pressure on our back 6 all afternoon. The only shining light for Power House was Paul Edwards in his 100th game for the club who kicked the entire team score of 6 goals 2 behinds.

In a gallant team effort the boys from Power House pulled together for a big last quarter to run out comfortable winners by 7 goals. Lachie Nevett played a great game up forward booting 3 goals while Nyall O'Shea put together his best 4 quarters for the club. Old timers P Arnold and R Marshall shared a couple of goals each while Warde Elliott dominated across the middle of the park.
